A Case Study on Growing a Home Service Brand Across Saskatoon, Regina, and Lethbridge

The Snapshot

Client: Mint Home Solutions
Industry: Home Services (Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, LED Lighting)
Locations: Saskatoon, Regina, Lethbridge
Scope: SEO, Website Development, Automation, CRM Setup, Email Workflows
Next Phase: Blog Content Strategy + Social Media Management

The Founders Behind the Brand

Mint Home Solutions was started by Jayce Nelson and Brady Nelson, two university students from Lethbridge who moved to Saskatoon to study at the University of Saskatchewan. What began as a seasonal job cleaning windows turned into a trusted local business offering multiple services across three cities.

Jayce leads the technician side—managing the crew and ensuring quality work. Brady focuses on sales and customer experience. Together, they built a reputation for clean work, punctual service, and strong word-of-mouth.

But while their boots-on-the-ground operation was solid, their digital infrastructure didn’t reflect that. Their old website was outdated, they weren’t ranking locally, and every new job required manual quoting, follow-up, and hiring.

They came to RozeMedia looking for a system—and that’s exactly what we built.

The Challenge

Despite their strong service and client reviews, Mint had almost no online visibility. Their entire business relied on referrals and repeat clients. That limited their ability to grow beyond word-of-mouth and created inconsistent revenue.

  • Their site wasn’t mobile-friendly

  • They weren’t ranking for key search terms like “window cleaning Saskatoon”

  • They had no automation—every lead, hire, and follow-up was manual

We stepped in to build a new foundation—starting with brand strategy, local SEO, automation workflows, and a fully integrated website.

What We Delivered

1. A Brand Built for Growth

We helped Mint evolve from Elite Window Cleaning into a broader, more scalable brand. The new name—Mint Home Solutions—works across services and cities. It’s local, memorable, and clean.

We designed:

  • A new Website with proper structuring.

  • Messaging that reflects trust, simplicity, and attention to detail.

  • A brand voice that’s professional but down-to-earth.

Now they’re positioned not just as a window cleaning crew—but as a reliable, multi-service home solution provider that can grow across cities.

2. A Website That Converts Leads Automatically

We built Mint’s new site on GoHighLevel, giving them more than just a website—it’s a full lead-gen system.

Key features:

  • Fast, mobile-first design

  • SEO-optimized service pages for each city

  • Strong CTAs with embedded quote forms

  • Automated response workflows via SMS and email

  • CRM integration with lead tagging, pipelines, and notifications

Now their leads can come in after business hours—and every lead is followed up with a fast, automated message that keeps the conversation going. That alone has helped streamline their workflow and improve response times.

3. Local SEO That Gets Them Found in 3 Cities

Mint now operates in Saskatoon, Regina, and Lethbridge. We made sure their new site was optimized to rank in each one.

SEO setup included:

  • Location-specific keywords and page structures

  • On-page SEO (H1–H4s, meta titles/descriptions, internal links)

  • Google Business Profile optimization for each city

  • Image alt tags and FAQ schema for added visibility

While it’s still early in the project, we’ve already started seeing traction in organic search—especially for keywords like “window cleaning Saskatoon” and “gutter cleaning Regina.”

4. Automation That Frees Up Time and Grows Sales

One of the biggest improvements so far? Automation.

Mint’s original workflow relied heavily on manual quoting, follow-ups, and hiring. That meant hours lost each week and missed opportunities.

Now, we’ve automated key processes using GoHighLevel:

  • Lead nurturing workflows—each quote request triggers an instant SMS and email

  • Internal notifications to make sure no form goes unnoticed

  • Hiring pipelines to track seasonal applicants and send next steps automatically

  • Email deliverability protections (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to make sure messages land in inboxes

This shift has already saved them 10–15 hours per week in admin time—and more importantly, created a consistent system for following up with leads quickly.

Automation didn’t just save them time—it gave them space to focus on operations, service quality, and expansion.

5. The Next Step: Blog Content + Social Media Growth

Our next priority with Mint is content and reach.

We’ve developed a blog strategy focused on local, SEO-friendly topics like:

  • When to clean your gutters in Saskatchewan

  • How LED lights can reduce winter energy bills

  • What to expect from your first window cleaning visit

This blog content will support their local rankings and bring in organic traffic over time—especially from customers who aren’t yet ready to book but are searching for answers.

We’re also gearing up to launch and manage Mint’s social media presence, so they can build awareness, promote seasonal offers, and strengthen their local brand identity across platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
