All content created by Roze Media, including but not limited to website design, marketing materials, and custom code, remains the property of Black Roze Media until full payment is received. Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the content. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of our content is prohibited.

Roze Media is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to website downtime, loss of data, or third-party issues. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
